These are real. And by real I mean, Misha, Jared, and Jensen physically SIGNED MY SKIN and I immediately went to my artist Sunday evening and had this done.
Jensen went against his handler’s rules of “no signing body parts” to do this because he thought it was so awesome.
Call me crazy, but this is the most amazing thing to happen. And I did not tell them where to sign. They all just knew to sign by their respective objects. These men are amazing.
Dean’s undies are really SMALL in the crotch... I'm wearing Dean's underwear and I like it!

This rumor was recently referenced in this post by tumblr user supernatural-fangroup, the text of which reads:
Danneel Ackles tweeted that she was born on May 30th, 2013. She also said that they would call her JJ.
Did you guys know that the middle name of Jay was thought of by Misha Collins?
At a supernatural convention, Jensen asks Misha; “What should I name my baby?
And Misha responds “Jay. J-A-Y. You could call her Jackles!
Jensen: “That works!”

This would have had to occur at a convention between January (announcement of Danneel’s pregnancy) and the present. We could not locate video evidence of this exchange from the few Jensen and Misha panels held during this time.
It’s possible that this rumor originates from inaccurate recall of this video from JIB3 last year, when Jensen asked Misha to help him name a stuffed animal and Misha suggested “Jackles” as one option.
Even if we receive a link to accurate video evidence, this rumor cannot be confirmed until Jensen or Danneel has publically explained the origins of J.J. Ackles’s name. Video of the rumored exchange would not upgrade the rumor to confirmed because Misha at conventions is not a reliable source. (Please let us know if we’ve missed anything!)
