Misha panel

First of all. He came out looked amazing. I love him in dark clothes!! I took a bunch of pics that I’ll post when I get more time to go through.

People asked either ship questions, stupid irrelevant questions or not questions at all but dumb ass comments. It was a total fail aside from him having us sing Happy Birthday to a girl on speaker. That was very cute and his idea to do!

And if you are one of these people then don’t bother sending me hate because I really don’t care. My blog, my opinions, not publicly tagged.

Okay so we start out with people not even asking questions. One girl got up and told him she had a photo op with him and didn’t know what to do. Really? You stood in line and wasted everyone’s time for that? Then someone else wanted to tell Misha about her appreciation of angels because she was saved from some accident by a guy on a bike that she considers her angel. No question.

Then stupid questions came like “If I was making brownies and didn’t have eggs would Castiel bring me eggs?” LIKE WHAT? Is that for fucking real?!

Then the girl asked if Misha would say hi to her friend who’s 16th birthday was today and she couldn’t come. So he had her call the girl and we all say happy birthday to her. It was very sweet. About the only part of the Q&A that was good!

Then of course another girl gets up and asks if she can call her friend that couldn’t make it. Of course Misha says yes.

Then THE question. “Do you think Castiel is in love with Dean?”

My reaction. VERY LOUDLY right to the girl from the front row “NO!!! THAT IS NOT OKAY” and the girl looked at me nervously. Several others in the audience were also booing or saying “no” and “come on!” and Misha was looking around, CLEARLY not thrilled with this question. So he asked her what SHE thought and she replies with “I absolutely think Cas in completely 100% in love with Dean. AND ONLY DEAN” and someone yelled “MEG!” from toward the back and Misha smiled and said “Yes, there’s Meg” But then went into this very long tirade about how Yes Dean and Cas have a very profound bond. Yes they love each other. If you read something deeper into that then that is entirely up to you. And he talked about all the hate he got after his last panel where it was questioned if he was even a LGBT supporter and all the ways he has shown in the past that he was. He just went on and on and said something finally about “I’m flailing up here” and then ended with a joke about how they love each other but it’s totally sexual. It was completely uncomfortable for the entire fucking place.

Argue that all you want. I was front fucking row, I could see his face. Continue to fool yourselves all you’d like.

Then someone asked if Jimmy Novak was still in there. FINALLY a good question. He said Yes, he’s inside screaming.

Then someone asked to touch his butt. He was like uhhh and the entire audience groaned. He denied the request.

It ended shortly. I know I’m missing things but this is what stood out to me that I can remember.

So there you go. A fantastic panel. /sarcasm

I know I said I wasn’t posting anything else but this needs said.

I have deleted all references to the “ban” on shipping questions from my blog. I want to take a minute and clear this up once and for all.

There was no official announcement of any kind made about anything to me or around me nor will there be that I am aware of
I was having a very casual conversation with Adam about the issues during the con, including the panel questions and other non related issues inside my VIP group
I never meant to insinuate any information I was given was some new rule or ban
Reading my text back that I typed out to Cici I can see exactly why she made the post she made. This is on me, not her. Please do not send her hate.
Adam DID say after the Misha panel and the fuss at the start of the J2 panel they were going to CONTINUE to monitor/screen questions and disallow those that seemed to continuously cause friction and/or make the actors uncomfortable. He did NOT say shipping. That was MY take on it.
I’m sorry if I was misleading, it was not my intent. I was madly irritated by the events at the Misha panel (as evidence by my posts here) and then the question at the J2 panel. However, being at the con, you are in a little bubble. I had very little idea what was going on here. Once I realized the shit storm caused, I reblogged the post and attempted to add clarification which apparently just made things worse.

Please stop contacting Creation and the SPN cast/crew over this now. I BEG YOU. Send the hate to me, if you must. Nobody’s perfect and I try my ass off to be but often fail. Such is life I suppose.

Now as far as the content of said questions that really has nothing to do with this so I am leaving out my thoughts on that but just wanted to say that when I was going off about that, I didn’t have the facts and again should have just kept my mouth shut. Huge lesson learned for me.

И, начистоту - мне очень плохо от таких фандомных вывертов. *Шок-шок-шок* Спасаюсь юмором и надеждой на "Авось".
Еще Дженсен подтвердил клифовое про преследовавшую их в ЛА фанатку. (

Gonna publish this to clear this up as I have some messages asking about the wording on my VIP. I didn’t quote him on that because he might have said actor or he might have said “we are in this industry” or something along those lines. Basically meaning celebrity.

I also have a few messages about my quoting him saying “slut and whore” and I can assure you those two words came out of Jensen’s mouth. THREE of the other VIPs have read and agreed with the content of my review. I’m not perfect and I’m sure I didn’t get EVERY single thing 100% accurate on here just from memory. BUT just like him saying the bad stays with you, TRUST ME, knowing he knows his wife is called names like this stays with you too. My friend was still talking about it on the way home. “He said slut and whore. He knows his wife is called these names” and we were just sad.

.Вида, формально - все понятно. Это давний фанатский страх, сформировавшийся, подобно призраку Мордекая в Ричардсоне из первого сезона. Наверное, просто - такая мощная и долгоиграющая база не может в итоге остаться *бэлай ы пушыстай* - да... Но сердцу не прикажешь. Посему - думаю о хорошем, жду -прекрасного. : grin :
