What is Bio Rhythm and where does it come from?
Our bio rhythm starts with the day of our birth and is repeated in a specific day-turnus in an up-and-down curve until our death. The upper half (above zero level) is the active phase; the one below zero is the passive phase. I have put those two phases in two different colours to make it easier for viewing. The focus should indeed lie on active and passive since it is not good and bad two halves.
