Deanlove: What have you been up to while you have been in Australia and have you had any interesting experiences so far?

It’s just a bit of a vacation you know? What I got here about a week ago and I went and checked out all the regular sites. The zoo, the aquarium, the beach, hung out at Watson’s bay, ate some fish and chips.

It’s not too often, I mean this writer’s strike has kind of given us a bit of time here, a bit of freedom to kind of enjoy ourselves so the fact that this junket came up was a nice opportunity for me to come and spend a couple of days lounging on the beach. So that’s exactly what I did.

Have you been out here before?

I’ve been to Melbourne before but I’ve never been to Sydney. I’m enjoying it, yeah.

Jensen how did you get that scar on your chin?

Scar on my chin…

Yeah, do you even have a scar?

I don’t even have a scar on my chin.

Yeah, well there you go.

Yeah but thanks for noticing. You must have me confused with Harrison Ford, it happens all the time.

What’s the weirdest thing someone has even asked you to sign?

Well the obvious answer is boob.

But aside from that, let’s see. I’ve had casts, what else have I had?

I did sign the top of someone’s foot and I’m not quite sure why I did it other than the fact that it was the most interesting thing… she just came up, sat her foot on the chair and said,

“Please sign my foot.”

And I said,

“No. Wait… yes.”

There ya go.

Would like to know, do you have a different appreciation of Mullet Rock now? Because of your characters love of it.

Always had an appreciation for Classic Rock. So it was kind of a no-brainer when the character had an appreciation for Classic Rock. It was like,

“Perfect, I don’t have to listen to something I’m not familiar with.”

So that was nice. I didn’t have to do any research I was already a Classic Rock fan so…

Smallville79 would like to know, being a man who likes his sport, have you seen the game of Aussie Rules yet?

I have. I have, in fact when I was here a few years ago I was down in Melbourne during the Grand Final and, Aussie Rules Football right?

Yeah.

Yeah, yeah, during the Grand Final and it was just insane. I mean, it’s like the Superbowl in America so I had a great time. I was in some little pub with a bunch of Aussies just going nuts. I don’t even remember which team I was rooting for but it was just fun to be a part of it.

I actually went out and bought one of the footballs and brought it home.

Oh, really?
