Ok I have a fantastical story to tell everyone! Last night my friend (in the picture) was working at a local pizza restaurant in my town when she looks over and sees her coworker talking to this familiar looking man. All she hears of the conversation is blah blah blah supernatural blah blah blah and since she knows I love supernatural she was curious. She was at the cash register when he makes his way over to pay. When he gets there she says “Hey, you look really familiar. You look kind of like the guy from supernatural.” And he says,”Really?” And she asked, “yeah do you get that a lot?” And he said,”well yes because I am the guy from supernatural. Jensen ackles.” And she said,” no you’re nooot.” And he said,” no really look at my credit card.” And sure enough it said jensen ackles! When he was done paying she asked,” do you mind photobombing my snapchat?” And he asked,” what’s a snapchat?” …!!!!!! So adorable!!! So while I was at home watching this beautiful man on my tv, he was actually a literal 5 minute drive away. This is the closest I’ve ever been to a celebrity. Oh by the way that’s his dad in the background

Как-то сидел я в метро с бодуна. У меня была бутылка пива, мутило пиздец. Весь бледный. Заходит хер со своей девкой. Я задремал. Пару остановок проехали, тут чувствую — кто-то меня толкает в плечо. Открываю мутные зеркала своей бессмертной души и вижу как этот говнюк прогоняет мне какую-то телегу про то, что еба, дамам надо уступать, гыгык. И поглядывает на свою телочку, а та лыбится. Я доброжелательно отвечаю, мол, да, заебись, иди найди ей место, хуле доебался, говна мешок. Он начинает меня хватать за руки, бычить, а я мирно сижу, как горшок соплей и в голове бродят вялые мысли о том, что драться лень, да и нахуй это надо, зачем вообще все эти войны в мире, вон Гитлер тоже... Но я же настоящий рыцарь, почти джедай, у меня ведь есть кодекс чести, благородные люди не роняют своего светлого образа...
В общем, в битву совсем не тянуло, но с другой стороны было очевидно — хуже мне не станет, да еще в голове бродили мрачно-могучие образы Дарта Вейдера, Бетмана и тевтонских рыцарей, огнем и мечом убивающих мусульман, среди которых почему-то затесался джигит из шаурмячной около Университета. Тогда я спросил себя — а как бы на моем месте поступил Пьер Террай Сеньор Дэ Байард. Ответ был очевиден.
Я оттолкнул мудака, который пытался меня стащить с сиденья, и сурово пробормотал в духе привокзального бомжа что-то про то, чтобы он уебывал нахуй со своей блядью гнить в аду или получит в рыло, ебаный мешок с дерьмом, жеребячьей залупы самодержец, петух ебаный. Эта вежливая просьба почему-то не убедила его в моей правоте.. В процессе нашей схватки я вяло и безрезультатно толкнул его кулаком в ухо. Естественно, это не помогло, он схватил меня за грудки, резко поднял и ударил в живот. И это была страшная ошибка с его стороны.
Потому что мне резко стало хуже и волна возмездия — возмездия за всех обиженных, кого гнобят бабки и доебывают всякие мудаки, волна растущей ярости и победы — эта волна поднялась из желудка, пенным потоком прокатилась по пищеводу и в лучших традициях тупичка, тугая струя блевотины ударила прямо в раскрытый от ярости рот этого засранца, изрыгающего проклятья на мою больную голову. Весь вагон морально участвовал в этом побоище. Те кто был поближе, были возмущены. Те кто был подальше радовались, и приветствовали меня, как Колизей приветствовал Цезаря. Вторая волна, послабее, пошла на подругу моего коварного противника, напавшего на меня в минуты слабости. Наверняка он горько пожалел о своем поступке — но кто мог знать что у меня такой мощный козырь в рукаве.
Пока он утирался и в слепую махал руками подошла остановка, я вышел и сквозь закрывающиеся двери бросил в него бутылкой. Не особо-то она ему и повредила. Как ни странно, больше из вагона почти никто не вышел и поезд уехал, увозя в темную даль тоннеля обосравшегося воннабиальфу, его бабу, обволакивающую их блевотину, радостных и сердитых пассажиров, призраки героев далекого прошлого, знаками показывающих мне, что в Вальгалле для меня припасено теплое местечко.

I am a couple of months late on this one but the fine folks at Trulia Luxe Living first reported the dual home sales of actor Jensen Ackles back on May 7, 2013.

Jensen Ackles is widely known for playing "Dean Winchester" on Supernatural and "Eric Brady" on Days of our Lives from 1998 - 2002.

The first home Ackles sold was in Studio City (shown above and located next door to the mid century streamline modern Lydecker Hilltop House HCM# 918) and was apparently sold under the radar as there are no listing descriptions or pictures available that I can find. The home measures 2 Beds/2 Baths on 1,414 sqft on a total lot size of 5,337 sqft built in 1964. This home was last purchased on August 22, 2003 for $645,000 and sold at a gain of $55,000 for $700,000 on February 15, 2013. This final sale price may have been sold at a small loss or breakeven depending on how much Ackles has spent on the property considering that a 6% commission for closing costs is $42,000.

The second home is located in Brentwood (shown above) which was listed on the MLS with an abundance of photos and property description. This home measures 3 Beds/3.5 Baths on 3,554 sqft on a total lot size of 0.29 acres built in 1947. This home was last purchased on September 25, 2009 for $2,435,000 and sold for $3 million on March 20, 2013 representing a gain of $565,000. Ackles originally listed this home for $3,495,000 on July 3, 2012 which was reduced to $3 million for the final sales price. The listing description states:

Ackles' new home location or the reason for the above mentioned sales but could be related to the fact that he just became a new father on May 30, 2013 to a daugther, Justice Jay "JJ" Ackles. Typically, when there is a newborn, that means there is a newer bigger house to accommodate the expanding family. Only time will tell on the new whereabouts.
